Now that we have the promotional GigaFiber plans in place, many of the existing customers might want to change their old Nitro Plans to new GigaFiber plans, so here are the upgrade options :

OPTION 1 – Monthly Recharge Customers

If an existing customer is looking to change from Nitro Fiber to GigaFiber, monthly renewal is not possible. They need to choose minimum half-yearly 6M plan of Gigafiber.

OPTION 2 – Yearly Recharge Customers who dont need OTT

If you renew 12M plan and dont need free OTT and phone, then you get extra 2 MONTHS access for FREE.

OPTION 3 – Yearly Recharge Customers who need OTT

If you renew 12M plan and need the specified OTT subscriptions, then you get 12 months access and OTT included.

OPTION 4 – Yearly Recharge Customers who needs Phone Service with OTT

If you renew 12M plan and need the specified OTT subscriptions and phone, then you get 12 months access and OTT included and for phone service, you need to pay extra 1770 INR for the device swap.

OPTION 5 – Yearly Recharge Customers who needs Phone only and no OTT

If you renew 12M plan and need only the phone subscrioption, then you get 12 months access and phone subscription included and device comes for FREE for you. You dont need to pay the extra 1770 INR for the device swap.

OPTION 5 – Customers who already have recharged yearly before

If you already have an existing old long term plan ongoing in your account, you can upgrade to a higher priced Gigafiber plan 12M plan and get access for 14 months.

NOTE – We still recommend existing customers to stay with old Nitro plans, as it has better quality of services and support rather than the new plans which are too good to be true.
Also in the new plans, the speed and data restrictions can kick in anytime. Its just unlimited now for limited time, its promotional for new customers.
